There is a very active Yahoo group devoted to the Philips LPC2000, it has over 3,200 subscribers and is supported by Philips:

I think most people are aware of that group, but the forum’s format is terrible. None of the replies appear with the original post.

You can set it up so that messages are ‘threaded’, with the original and subsequent posts visible.

Heh, yeah, but that only works well if everyone uses a proper mail client - too many people in the lpc2000 newsgroup don’t, unfortunately. The worst thing is people mailing their new topic as a reply to a totally unrelated message, especially when a large conversation builds from that message.
That, and Yahoo’s option box that allows you to receive mail “as is” or “convert to html”

No, that is reading the posts via the group’s web page; nothing to do with a mail client.

I think the Yahoo Groups software is really bad.
I use the RSS feed from the Yahoo Group with my Firefox Browser, that makes Yahoo Groups just about tolerable.
I still read the GnuArm group, the LCP21ISP and the Philips LPC group.
I would be much happier if those groups were on a Proper forum.
The software running this Forum is top notch
All the best from the garden of England!
