LPC2378 & Linux. How?

Hello. I have several LPC2378 (-P & -STK) Olimex boards and IAR EWB.

All works OK (raw 2378 machine), but there is an interest to have the code be portable to/from Linux.

The question is: is there an instrument of comparable (with IAR) comfortability which use GCC?

I consider the following developer platform:

LPC2378-STK + J-link + PC/Linux.

Most great if somebody will describe a solution in details, not just “Yes there is” as many Linux lovers use to tell.

Thanks.

Yes, I’ve read this:

and that:

Seems there is a little bit of headache rather then a “download and use”.

Is it true? Anything better?

Rowley CrossWorks is available for both Windows and Linux (and Mac).

Aha, seems this is what I need, thanks.
