lpc23xx and newlib

has anybody get lpc23xx and newlib and newlib-lpc work?

or has anybody tried either to make newlib-lpc work with lpc23xx or write another syscalls?

I have tried to use newlib with Olimex LPC2378-STK but with no luck.
