Hey does anyone have any super simple working examples of connecting via MQTT with the shield? The examples are pretty bare bones and dont really give me an idea of how to do that.
Thank you so much if someone could help me… I thought it would be simple but am realizing that there isnt that much info or example code using this library online.

well… im trying publish and subscribe to an MQTT server. ive started taking the hologram send sketch and the data feed sketch, but the first issue is how do i put in my username and key for the mqtt server? is it possible to use this shield with the adafruit mqtt library?
Are you using an official SparkFun example sketch?
Since that is a library maintained by a third party I'm unable to support the use of that library. It may or may not work, we haven't tried using that library.zumdar:

how would you recommend using MQTT with the Sparkfun board?
Unfortunately, we can’t support MQTT since we haven’t tested this capability. We do use the ‘02’ versions, so MQTT “should” be possible. However, depending on your data plan and carrier can affect this as well. Ultimately, we do not have the code support MQTT at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience.
