M.2 socket based RP2040 with a QWIIC port and currently on a RPi based Arduino Shield?

Any idea if this is an actual product that is intended to be launched? It seems to be a M.2 socket based RP2040 that is currently attached to a Piunora Pro in the photo. It has a QWIIC port as well!

As a side note, one of the photos shows a Raspberry Pi RP2040 board that slots into the M.2 socket, but no details are provided at this time.

That doesn’t look like a SparkFun product, but appears to be a demo board for the Piunora. I found it mentioned at https://twitter.com/timonsku/status/1376214930161082376

Doesn’t specifically mean that SparkFun could not sell it if it was released. Seems pretty neat though. Still waiting for any level of Arduino IDE 2.0 software support for the RP2040 used on any of the three SparkFun products though to begin with though. Or even prior IDE support for that matter given the RP2040 Pico is now available through that as of basically today.
