Metal Pushbutton - Momentary (16mm, Green)

The product description for this button states that the LED can be driven with from 5 to 12 V. For that range of voltage, does the LED require an additional resistor? If so, white value (resistance and max watts) Should be used for, say, 59 or 12 V?

Unfortunately, there is no documentation of the switch needed a resistor with the diode lines. I believe it may already have something internally. However, I would be cautious with testing. If the high voltage and no external resistor is bothering you then I suppose you could try adding a 330 Ohm resistor when you’re 9V or more.
