MicroMod and portability

MicroMod looks like a real game changer. After having looked at the options for a multi-tasking RTOS for low power processors like the Ambiq chip, I rejected MBed OS because of the processor architecture lock-in (ARM Cortex M). I had already chosen Zephyr (the Linux Foundation RTOS that I believe will dominate in the years to come) before the MicroMod announcement. Zephyr matches up very well with the MicroMod concept of processor portability - that is, no software or hardware lock-in.
