I just bought a sparkfun microview and it doesnt seem to work. When I put it in the programmer it is recognized by my pc (the usb is) however the microview does not power on or do anything. When I attempt to push anything to it it will not connect to flash.
What error is Arduino giving you?
It just says uploading and then times out. I have tried multiple of the samples. like i said nothing ever appears on the microview screen when its plugged in.
here is the errors:

Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.
OK, what are you using to program the MicroView with? I’m not seeing a MicroView programmer in your order history.
Can you send a photo showing how you have the MicroView connected to your computer?
I got the programmer from amazon but they didn’t have the board so I went to the source for it.
OK jmcfsu13, that makes sense!
Sorry for the bad unit, I’ll test a replacement and get that sent out right away.
Replacement ticket # 22046 has been issued. A customer service representative will process the ticket and send a tested replacement MicroView out free of charge using a similar shipping method you used for your original order. You should also receive an E-mail notification that the replacement is on the way. Please retain, but do not send your device back at this time.
awesome thanks, I just ship this one back in the same box?
Just hang onto it for now, if we need it back we will have you return it in the same box the replacement came in.
Thanks Chris, The new one works perfect! Let me know about the return back.
