In what software? What do you mean by standard size?

In eagle I can set the SMD pad sizes to whatever I want when I create the part…

I’m using eagle the editor will not let me specify my own size for smd pads when I am designing a new part.

in the command line at the top type “smd XxY” without the quotes and where X and Y are the sizes you want in the current grid measurements…

In the drop down box where you select the SMD sizes from the list, you can just type in your own size rather than picking one.

I found out my problem, I wrote * instead or x! :oops:
