module to build gps locator collars for cows

Dear Sparkfun.

I beg your help informed which are the most appropriate sparkfun modules to build gps locator collars for cows.

I have 100 cows and I need to place 100 gps locator collars.

What is the software or programming to be able to observe in real time the position of all the animals at the same time?

Is it possible, apart from the gps locator module, to add a power module to be able to charge the battery with a small solar panel?

I have 2 Sparkfun Zed F9P installed, one next to the raspberry pi 4 as a base station, the other module as a user connected to the cell phone.

I ask if my Sparkfun Zed F9P base can serve as a link with 100 gps locator modules since it is connected to a raspberrypi 4 24/7 over the internet?
