ZED-F9P as rover and base station

I have two of these ZED-F9P modules with associated antennas. I would like to set up one as a base station (which can be constantly connected to my laptop) to send correction data to a second one acting as a rover (connected to an arduino to read the GPS data). I was wondering if anyone had any guidance about how to achieve this, advice, or links to useful sources. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
