This board being discontinued has led me down the road of reworking it for a project I am working on at the moment.
Working from the original design files, I have been able to nail down all the components except for the Zener diode on the S legs of the MOSFETs.
Does anybody know what the spec of this part is?
On an old unit I have I can see the marking “W4” on the package.

D1 is a BZT52 ; the data sheet can be found at https://www.vishay.com/docs/85760/bzt52.pdf. According to the datasheet, W4 is a 3.3V zener with a full part number of BZT52C3V3, and Digikey currently has them in stock.
