So, when I run the excellon job/macro for eagle, it makes me drill files of sensor1.drd.0102 and sensor1.drd.0116. I try to upload these to the freedfm part of 4pcb.com, and it complains that I have indicated 2 NC Drill files.
I can’t imagine I’m the ONLY person that would want a GND layer in the middle, and for my top to sometimes go through it and sometimes not. How do I ouput a single drd file for use with 4pcb, or how else is this supposed to work?
Dude, no offense intended, but this isn’t the 4pcb.com support forum, it’s the batchpcb.com support forum. Don’t expect the batchpcb.com guys to help you send your work to their competitors.
Well… the site says it is for sparkfun, specifically the PCB Deal Details forum of it. While one sticky mentions batchpcb… unless there is something connecting to this site that I have not seen before… this is no more the batchpcb forum than it is the 4pcb one. I just saw questions about eagle PCB making, and thought I’d ask here. Anyway, the question still stands whether I can make one drill file instead of the two listed, so it is more compatible with most places.
Edit: So I went to the batchpcb website, and saw that their support forum links here. So sorry, but since I’ve been using sparkfun components in my design, I thought a sparkfun forum would be of help. It is just really weird that batchpcb links here yet this site doesn’t actually mention batchPCB other than in posts. I’ll checkout batchpcb anyway, to see how they are.
