This is probably an easy question, but i’ll ask it anyway with a bit of detail. The objective would be to increase the potential polyphony from 32 to perhaps 2-3x by introducing multiple units, and simply connecting each corresponding out from each board to the same receiving device, which would be a powered amp/mixer, then using a qwiic mux to communicate to each trigger unit to divvy out the work load. The question, any harm in doing something like this? any need for additional circuitry to protect the trigger units from possible harm? I am aware of the 3.3v power requirement for the unit, and aware that 5v is enough to toast them. Also aware that there’s some concern about very high or low frequencies, if played for lengthy periods of time, could damage the DAU on the board. Not that those details have much to do with this question, but perhaps they might!
