MY RTK EXPRESS IS NOT WORKING

A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO I BOUGHT AN RTK EXPRESS, AS THE MANUAL INSTRUCTED ME TO ENTER THE DATA TO TRANSMIT TO AN NTRIP SERVER AND IT WORKED BUT THE SCREEN CONSTANTLY SHOWED “CONNECTED TO WIFI” AND I COULD NOT ENTER THE WIFI SETTINGS TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS. I decided to try updating my firmware and I downloaded this version “RTK_Surveyor_Firmware_v3_9.bin” as Gifthub indicated that it was correct for my device. With the help of U-center I started updating the version of my device and halfway through it stopped saying there was an error, so I tried to go back to the same version although my problem was not solved but it won’t let me update to any version, the screen just shows constanly the text “ROVER FAILED” and “WIFI CONNECT” again and again. Can someone help me with this issue?
