Myoware Emg sensor

Hello,

I’m Using mayoware emg sensor.

And its connected to ,gnd, 5v, and analog input in arduino.

My problem that its measuring high values , 970 till 985, when the pades are not placed on the muscles.

any suggestions? Explanations?
