Need datasheets for Toshiba TLC-341AK monochrome LCD display

I went through my parts bins and found these 2 nice LCD displays

that I could use for future projects but I could not find any specs or info

about them on the web…

I know they use Toshiba T6961A controllers but nothing more.

I suspect they are 128x128 but…

The best thing would be to get a vintage Toshiba TLC series LCD datasheets.

Then I could figure how to address the 12 pin connector…

Anybody have info on these Toshiba LCD’s ?
