No RTCM Output from RTK Facet L-Band – Need Help

Hello everyone, I could use some help.

I’ve been running a couple of base and rover setups built with ZED-F9P boards and RFD900x radios for the past two years with excellent results.

I recently decided to purchase an RTK Facet L-Band (with the ZED-F9P inside), but I can’t seem to get any RTCM correction data out of the radio ports. For testing, I’m using the same RFD900x radios from my original setup, but nothing is being transmitted. I also tried a TTL-USB serial adapter with no luck.

I’ve double-checked the baud rates, and everything seems to match up. The Facet itself confirms that it’s broadcasting corrections on the display, but I’m not seeing any actual data output from the UART.

Out of curiosity, I opened the case and noticed an unused internal port labeled “Radio.” I’m wondering if that might be the actual UART output for RTCM corrections?

Has anyone experienced this before or know if the Facet only outputs RTCM from that specific port? Any insight would be appreciated — I’m stumped.

Thanks in advance!

We have this guide that includes the L-band Radios Menu - SparkFun RTK Product Manual and the port section Ports Menu - SparkFun RTK Product Manual
You can also use the data port, as far as I can tell
