We are writing to you because we have a problem with our RTK Express Plus device. We bought it recently, but it does not seem to detect any satellites. We have tried to update the firmware several times and to change different antennas and cables, but nothing worked. Is there any other solution that you can suggest, or did we receive a faulty device?
What antennas have you tried? Are you trying outside with a clear view of the sky?
We tried Ublox and Trimble antennas. We tested the antennas with a different device and they both functioned well. Therefore, we can rule out the antenna as the source of our issue.
Try them outside with a clear view of the sky. If that doesn’t work, it could be a bad receiver abs sparkfun should be able to help.
