I bought RTK Express Plus kit and RTK Facet. when I tried to test the RTK express plus, It couldn’t pick any satellite in view even though I followed the steps. I was able to connect to it through BLE on SW maps but it does not pick any satellite
I tested the RTK Facet and it worked well and it did pick up more than 30 satellites in view. Furthermore, the SW maps worked fine with it.
Can you help me regarding RTK Express plus kit please

yes i used the antenna and i did not get any satellite in view. I tried to use the WiFi routers antenna and still no satellites in view.
You have to use a L1 + L2 band GPS antenna on these to get any reception. Any other antenna will not work.
One of these will get you reception but not super high accuracy. (Accuracy will still be really good though, probably better than 1 or 2 meters)

Don’t know exactly what kit you bought but if it came with a L1 + L2 antenna, that might be defective. A WiFi antenna will definitely not work at all as it’s the wrong type and frequency.

I did try the L1+L2 antenna that came with the kit and it didnt pick any satellite. I also already bought the telemetry radio. The problem now it does not pick any satellite. but regarding the white L1+L2 antenna yes I did test the GPS using it.
I think you might have a defective antenna. Let sparkfun know at the link below and they should be able to help.
Hi @Yasser1 - Welcome! And sorry for the hassle.
Since you are using the antenna with the kit, you’ve got one of three issues: bad antenna, bad cable, bad SMA connector on the RTK unit itself. Please contact returns and request a return started. We’ll get the unit back and test each piece to identify where the problem lies.
Having the same problem with mine. I have two of them and they worked fine until i hooked up LoRa serial radios. Lost both units. No voltage from the antenna connector and no gps reception.
I’m hoping this is an easy fix but upon reading this post I’m not sure. Please help.
