RTK Express Plus Not Functions

Recently I had bought RTK Express Kit and RTK Express Plus Kit.
RTK Express is working properly but unfortunately, RTK Express Plus got a few problems.

  1. LED charging indicator light up event no charging cable attached.
    The LED indicator is less brightness while not charging compared to while charging the RTK.
    1st picture is not charging. 2nd picture is in charging mode.

  1. RTK Express Plus does not pick up any satellite.
    At first, I hook up the device with the Lora Serial, but there has no satellite locked. Then I try connecting directly the RTK Express Plus to antenna, but still not lock any satellite. I can confirm the cable and antenna in good condition because already test with the RTK Express.

  1. Cannot connect to RTK Express Plus BLE.
    After pairing, not connected to BLE. Only saved on smartphone setting.

  1. No output power on antenna connector.
    Tried with multimeter but no voltage at the connector. The connector seems properly soldered to the board.

For information, I have done the factory reset but the error still occurred.

Above, the device in pink is an inductor that provides the antenna with power. We have repaired a few units where the inductor has cracked for unknown reasons. Either thermal stress or other. If the inductor breaks, the antenna does not get power and the reception goes to 0. You can test this with continuity on a multimeter. Probing both sides of that inductor, you should hear continuity. If you do not have continuity, then the inductor is broken, and that is your problem.

The fix is to replace the inductor. You can either attempt a replacement yourself (which is a bit advanced) or you can return it to us for repair.

Hi. Thanks for your reply.
Just tested as your instruction and yes, the inductor is broken. There has no continuity.
I am not able to fix this inductor. Not sure if electronic shop here can make a replacement.
Besides, may I know if replace the inductor will fix the LED indicator and BLE connectivity issue.
