It’s hard to tell exactly what’s going on with NO COMPONENT LABELS, but the PCB layout obviously does not implement the schematic. What exactly is your question here?
Sorry about the lack of designtors. I updated the piture but you may have to reload the page to get the udpate.
Overall, I think I have the connection incorrect between the C7, R4, and Y2… I’m trying to figure out what it should look like as this seem quite wrong in this setup.
That looks like a very poor layout. The capacitor grounds should be connected to the nearest ground pin on the device and all tracks should be as short as possible.
Well yes, you have incorrect connections - the fact that the four components are in parallel on the PCB, and aren’t in parallel on the schematic, should be sufficient evidence of that.
What PCB design software are you using that even allows you to violate the schematic like this?
I’d say it is not the software… I’d say it the user…
I’ve done some work with dev boards such as the LPC2129 and the LPC2148… but now i’m tyring to learn PCB layout and using the PCB2368… thus many of the noob questions.
I’ll re-rout the setup and see what the compiler says from there.
