It is possible. catch the wire symbol, make a small say 0.2" stretch of st line and start right clicking at one stage you get curve taking. stretch it to the size you want, and stop it
now this can be copied, turned to different directions to sit at the 4 corners.
a sample could not be attached for want of methodology as to how to attach a pdf? sample is ready if email can be given as pm.
How do I make it part of the dimension, though? I’ll show you what I mean…

You could create the outline with a mechanical CAD package, and import a DXF file. I can do that with the software I use. I can also merge circles and other shapes with board outlines, which is much quicker. You can probably do something like that in Eagle.

Does that work? To just draw an arc? Because it’s just sitting inside the circle then? Would the PCB company know to cut that? It seems like they’d go with the largest possible outline…
I would do it one of two ways; Place a hole/drill that will give the same effect or do it in the dimension layer like I suggested, although you will want a single dimension line, so you will want to use a few arcs.
Ok, I’m still a bit confused. How would using a few arcs give me a single dimension line? I now have a dimension circle and four dimension arcs… Also, the notches actually overlap with two existing drill holes… This is how the design has to be, will that work or will it get rejected when I try to make it?
