Anyone know how to created rounded corners of the PCB in Eagle?

All you have to do is draw an arc in the dimension layer in the corners of your board.
Another way is to draw a circle in the dimension layer and place it in the corners of your square board. Then you can trim out the extra pieces and you will be left with rounded corners.

Check out the Miter command. Select the ‘round’ type and the radius, then click on the corner you want rounded.
