nrf2401 and PWR_UP pin

Hi all,

I am planning to program nrf2401A transceiver with antenna. I have attached the link here:

According to the datasheet Pg. 9/39 of nrf2401 datasheet, PWR_UP should be pulled to GND to enter power down mode. But PWR_UP pin is not presented on the board (according to the images at the link). Does that mean this device can never enter Power down mode(Pin low)? Is this pin permanently set to Vcc - 3.3V(for Stand by, Active and Config mode)?

The newer nRF24L01+ is a much better device.
