nRF52840 connect to Mac via Bluetooth

Hi,

I have an Arduino program that sends serial data from an accelerometer connected to the nRF52840 via USB to Processing for visualization. I would like to eliminate the USB cable and use the Bluetooth connection to send serial data, but I cannot find a guide for how to connect to my Mac. What is the process to pair using Arduino?

I’ve done the blinking LED tutorial using nRF Connect but that seems to be only way I can connect to the board.

Hi there, and thanks for posting.

It might be that your Mac just won’t connect to this particular device. Mac’s are notoriously picky about what Bluetooth devices they will connect too. Have you tried connecting to a PC or a different Mac?
