I am attempting to download the latest sparkfun eagle library and it appears to be hosted by opencircuits, which gives me an error. Is there a link to download the latest library from sparkfun?

Uh oh. I dunno what broke on the open circuits website. I emailed Cina Hazegh (the site admin) to see what’s broken.
