Does openocd0.4.0 support jlinkv8 ?
DLL version V4.20h,compiled Oct 19 2010 14:01:59
Firmware: J-Link ARM V8 compiled Nov 19 2010 11:55:23
JLink_Linux_V420h works well with jlinkv8 but openocd not,
but I’ve tested that openocd0.4.0 supports Firmware:J-Link ARM V8 compiled on 2009.12

Hi,
why do you need jlink linux?
I am a newbie to both tools. But i tought that you can
do nearly all with openocd including the stuff that jlink does.
Am i right? Do you know the difference between the two tools?
Andreas
I am a newbie too!
I used jlink when I started to learn ARM7, I knew openocd when I use Linux half an year ago!
openocd suppots much more kinds of jtag tools and Cores than jlink. The most important thing is that openocd supports s3c2440 nandflash writing!
