Joined up and got an email.
Submitted a file, which passed and had the message that I’d get an email in 30 minutes with a link to order.
120 minutes later - no email.
Sure did want to make the 12AM deadline.

Does that mean you’ve had 7 failed submissions or that I am misunderstanding the system?

Have you received the emails before, or is this the first time checking a file? If you have received emails before, then I don’t know what it could be, but if this is your first time, make sure your email address is correct.
I signed up and got an email verifying that I had signed up.
Then I submitted a file as instructed and the website said I would receive an email in 30 minutes. I didn’t so, I submitted again and again it said I’d receive another email in 30 minutes and I didn’t.
I note that donblake said he couldn’t receive emails from BatchPCB until he removed some filters, but I don’t have any filters active (and I get all kinds of Viagra spam) so I don’t think that is the problem.

I submitted a couple at about 10am today (Eastern) and haven’t seen any confirmations yet (it’s noon) - I have received confirmations in the past, though.

and I’ve re-submitted the file on 7 different occasions.

I am now having this problem also. I’ve submitted many designs in the last week or two, and always gotten an email with a Pass or Fail status, but it seems the system has stopped working, since the last two designs I’v e submitted (yesterday and today) have not sent me any emails at all!
Just got my order links. Yay!
I got three emails with the links today at 2:42, only about 16 hours and 42 minutes after I sent them. I guess the 30 minutes was an estimate.
But PLEASE don’t take this as a criticism, I know this site is working out the kinks and I hope it is successful since I want to use it and I think the guys at SparkFun are really living up to their name.

hehe, there were some network problems, out of anyones hands.
Emails are sent as soon as you see the 30 min message, just there was a problem with the smtp server (i guess)
So nate in all his infinite wisdom hit the big ‘Pause’ button - and forgot it.
I’ve programmed in an event that triggers after 30 minutes. If the bot is on hold (need for various reasons) it will attempt to turn itself back on.
Then there was a week roll over bug where someone snuck an order in Monday morning at 12:02am causing the directory structure to eat itself. It’s fixed now.
Um, so I’ve failed to check the forums recently. If I’m ever absent and there’s something horribly wrong, I don’t mind an email saying “Hey, the bot seems to be down”. I encourage you to bounce designs as much as possible. If the bots down, it annoys everyone.
