I would like to have a complete RTK solution.
I mean the system shall include base station, Rover, radio and (if needed) processing software if I need to work as post processing kinematic.
My target is tens of centimeter accuracy.

So, there are a lot of options for this…do you strictly need a base + rover or is using PPP instead a viable route? It’d save quite a bit of cost
If you do need a base + rover, how far apart will they be? Some of our models have bt/wifi/espnow on-board which could also save cost…but if the distance is far lora radios are the longest-reaching
How many tens of cm?
We mostly use/advocate for open source software, I can give you some suggestions: will you be using iOS or android or windows or what?

I will use a base and rover.
The distance mostly will be 1-3 km.
The accuracy is in the range of 10 cm.
The availability of wifi or radio is not granted so i would need a post processing software.

Alrighty! Here’s a list:
2x RTK Board
2x antenna
2x Ground Plane
2x LoRa board
2x LoRa antennae
2x adapters for LoRa
This would provide an accuracy of a few cm and be able to work up to ~6 miles with line-of-sight
Be sure to go through the hookup guide(s) for the RTK boards and LoRa boards and you should be all set!

Sparkfun products are generally intended for experimenters who enjoy putting hardware together and learning how to code and operate it.
For a “complete beginner” plug and play RTK setup, consider buying a set like the rather dated UBlox C94-M8P, and carefully follow the instructions in the box. A few are still available at a reasonable price. I learned a lot, working with mine.
