Recommend Configuration for a GNSS RTK Base and Link to Surveyor Rover

I would like to use a RTK Surveyor to make a topo map of my property for home construction and drainage planning. For this I need accuracy within about 5-10 cm and therefore I assume I need RTK correction. Unfortunately I am not near am existing base station connected to an NTRIP server. So I want to set up a RTK base station on my property and transmit correction data to the Surveyor rover via serial radio after calibrating the base with PPP. Could you recommend a hardware configuration/list for the base station and radio. I’ve read many articles on the Sparkfun website but there seems to be so many options and variations it is hard to discern the easiest approach. I don’t want to create an NTRIP server because I won’t necessarily have cell service and my surveying will all be within range of 300 m or less from the base station. Can I simply use two RTK surveyor kits with a 915 Mhz radio link between them? I see the serial radio on your website is now retired. Do you have a recommendation for another source? Thanks for your help.

I am quite happy with this self contained setup. https://www.u-blox.com/en/product/c94-m8p

The built in radio link reportedly has a range of at least 20 km, line of sight. Extensive review here:

Of course, these days, expect long supply chain delays.
