Hi, I am a new user. I made an order yesterday (#4022) and paid with PayPal. In the order status still shows “Preparing [PayPal IPN]".

What means this?.

My payment was perhaps not registered?.

Is this normal?.

Did you follow the link from the final paypal page back to our website? If not, email us at spark at this domain, and we’ll approve it by hand.

We have received your payment and your board was panelized today. Sometimes we have small problems with paypal, but your order went through just fine.

I am new and I have also noticed this issue… My Order # Is 4216 and the money has been taken from my Paypal account. Is everything ok with my order?

Once we process a payment, the board will say that it is “waiting panelization” or “preparing paypal”. It will say this until it actually goes onto a panel and is sent to Gold Phoenix. This will show up as “panelized”. After we get a tracking number, it will show up as “Panel Incoming”. There are some problems with our system and sometimes there is a delay in the status updates. The BatchPCB website and database/ordering internal stuff is going to start being worked on next week, so look for more improvements soon!
