Any new information on when the PCB service will be back online?
You guys have THE best PCB offer around.
Also, I’m really thankful that you offer prototype adapters with the SMT parts. It allows us poor college students to work with the latest and greatest products.
Possibly cause the PCB guy is not there. Nathan is away for the weekend and i am not sure if anyone else @ sparkfun has used the ‘system’
Sorry for the delays, the beta testers should tell u that the new system is good, much better, although incomplete ATM. We are ahead of schedual and should go live next week some time, hopefully it will mean a better serive all round!

Oh heck yes, I already love the new system. Just received my pass notifications, time to see how the rest oif the system works. When I get home I’ll run a few more boards through.
Any updates on the new site? I’ve got a board that’s dying to get off my screen and into my hands, plus my credit card got dinged for a design I submitted just as the old system was shutting down, and I don’t have either a board or a refund for it. (And to be honest, I’d rather have a few square inch credit on the new system instead of a refund.)
Count me in as one of the eager hobbyists waiting outside the BatchPCB site, anxiously waiting for the manager to come open the door…

Same thing here. I submitted my board on Sept 18th and got charged but have not heard a single thing from them since. I’d like to at least know if my board will be made or if I will get credit for my order #8398. I’m still very interested in the new system. 8)
Bottom basement web providers are very bad (ixwebhosting, powweb). Precisionweb.net has been hosting SFE for three years now with stellar results. Our other sites (www.in2rowing and www.batchpcb.com) are now happily hosted on precisionweb servers as well.
BatchPCB is coming. The office move killed things greatly, but we’re almost back to normal.
Pittuck has done a great job, but we still need a few days. We’ve just got too much on our plate.
spacewrench and DDL - Email me directly please (spark@sparkfun.com) and I’ll set you up with a refund or a credit. I am so sorry things got jammed up with your designs but the ax had to fall at some point. Office move created an email box of 446 messages + voicemails. I am now caught up and trying to get through the forum as well (246 new forum postings…).
