Yesterday, it seemed that batchpcb was having some issues—as I kept getting a PHP error when trying to load the site.
Now loading batchpcb.com just loads the sparkfun website.
Is there an ETA as to when the site will be back online?

I see the same issue. Hope it is back up soon.
wow site still down… i call that unreliable. I tend to stay away from a site thats down for more than a day in which they sell services…
Seems to me like a dns issue. Both these links return the same page.
It would be great if sparkfun was kind enough to post on their website what’s going on, and at least some kind of ETA. Otherwise, I will have to prototype my board with another service, since I cannot really deal with a random schedule like this.

I visited batchpcb.com the other day around the time I think it first went down and the page was throwing the previously mentioned PHP error, so obviously they’re having some issues there. I agree that Sparkfun needs to post something explaining what’s going on, particularly since I recently placed an order with BatchPCB and have no idea what its current status is. Even a redirect to a page saying they’re down for the time being is better than the page just timing out or redirecting to sparkfun.com.
I hear BatchPCB is a great!! service but i have never tried them out. I would love to see how much a prototype would cost and perhaps order a few boards.
Since this isnt the first time its happened and its not like there closed down and just kept peoples money, i still will test out there services.
Its not like this will stop me but i hate delays!
Hope there back up soon!
Its up and running i see! Great!
almost… try to check-out an order and you will be greeted with a time out.

It’s still timing out for me on checkout. I am guessing it will be hosed until after Free Day ?
I was able to submit my order, but only via credit card. When I tried to use Paypal, each time I got a “Crash!!!-trainwreck” message.
Yup, that’s what it’s doing to me. I bet their gurus got the day off to rest up for Free Day.

Same here. I tried again the next day with the same result. My shopping cart didn’t get emptied. However, I now have 2 orders pending. I sent an email to support@batchpcb.com.
