PCB Submit Problem

I’ve been trying to submit my boards to the online DRC, and my first two small boards (1.51x0.78" and 2.42x2.32") went through fine, but the final bigger one (3.9x4.16") will not go through.

The zip file uploads ok and then I can select which file to associate with each layer and the drill file, but then when I press Submit it takes quite a while to load and then says ‘The page cannot be displayed’. If I try and refresh, I get:

Zip File Format Selector (Step 2 of 3)

Error : PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/home/.sites/133/site55/zips//’

I have tried several times and had a friend try but still it won’t work.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and/or know how to get around it?

Thanks,

Jack

Do you have the files in a directory within the zip file? The script expects the files to be the only thing in the zip.

No. The only things in the zip file are the gerber files (GBL, GBO, GBS, GKO, GTL, GTO, GTS and the TXT drill file).

I’m running pretty behind schedule on a project now and I think I might order the larger board at Futurlec and the smaller ones from BatchPCB.

Hi, are you using Cadence. Are Gerber files are the ones with *.art extensions ? Please respond.
