PCIe Mini Card board?

Hi all,

I’m in the UK and I’m thinking of producing a PCIe mini card sized board. Those are 1mm, but the fab I usually go to does only 0.8mm and 1.6mm.

Does anyone know of a PCB fab capable of 1mm thick boards for protypes? Or would 0.8mm do the job?

Eurocircuits can do 1mm thick double-sided boards with their “a la carte” service. They will be more expensive than their standard prototype boards.

Hi,

Slightly off-topic, but where can I get a Eagle library file that has the Mini PCIe card edge connector? I really need this as I am also designing a board that highly depends on this.
