PCP LCD: "test" pins?

The last couple pins are called “TEST” and the datasheet says to connect the last two to ground and leave one open.

On the PCB I had made for me, these ended up unconnected instead of grounded. Does anybody know what the consequence of that might be?

When I get access to some small wire and a soldering iron, I suppose I’ll do a little “green wire fix” on that if I need to… just wondering how important it is.

I have other issues (ribbon cable connection I think… my digital system is all ready to go) that I’m debugging, but wondering if these TEST pins are also a big issue.

Thanks,

Steve

I would guess they do “something” unless grounded.
