PIC SMD Eagle Library?

I want to use a PIC12F629 SMD in a project but I can’t find an existing Eagle library with that package. I’ve created my own parts previously but that was always based on copying an existing part and modifying it for my specific needs.

If there isn’t an existing library, does anyone know of a 8-pin part with a SMD/SOIC package with the same dimensions that I could copy?

Thanks Leon! Is there an existing Eagle part for that that I could copy to make a PIC12F629? I don’t think I can draw an SMD from scratch.

I don’t use Eagle, but I’d have thought that there was one. It should be quite easy to make one, you really need to learn how to do it.

I found a part with a SOIC-8 package and copied that. So far so good.
