Anyone know what the black plastic feet are called on this dev board or where they could be purchased?
digikey has a selection of what i have always called ‘sticky feet’. turns out the magic search word is ‘BUMPON’.
Check out the Arduino Duemilanove base plate that I printed today on my college’s ABS plastic fused deposition rapid prototyping machine. I thought about stick-on feet but decided to try this instead.
This should keep the board from shorting out on my cluttered bench. The bosses raise the board up 3/16” for extra clearance in case conductive debris gets between the Arduino and the base plate.
I thought about adding some area on the side for a breadboard, but I have a couple of ProtoShield Kits in my shopping cart for that.
These could be injection molded fairly inexpensively if there was enough demand.
You could either add space on the side for a couple full-size breadboard sockets, or put holes in the corners to allow mounting this to a back board that’s shared with the breadboard sockets.
Actually, a simple ABS mounting plate for an Arduino 2009/Pro that can be easily glued inside a plastic cabinet would be fantastic. PacTec has a number of enclosures that are a good size for an Arduino, but no usable bosses for mounting. A plate w bosses that you could glue inside would be perfect.
ebay's full of themAzoore:

Yeah, none of these are what I’m looking for, i.e. what’s shown in the photo in the OP.

Arent you looking for rubber feet?
These need a screw:

These are sticky:
The rubber feet in the photo appear to have a nib that you stretch through the hole, not a screw, and not an adhesive.
