POE Hat and GPIO access

I was looking at the POE Hathttps://www.sparkfun.com/products/14882: It doesn’t look like the GPIOs are exposed. What do I need to buy to get access to the GPIOs?

[PRT-16764 might work for you but I don’t know if the pins are long enough to have much useful length on top of the Hat.

Worst case, you could solder to the section of the pins closest to the header and still have enough room to plug the Hat on top.](Extended GPIO Female Header - 2x20 Pin (13.5mm/9.80mm) - PRT-16764 - SparkFun Electronics)
