problem regarding JTAG Security Fuse Burn using JTAG-ISO

I am using JTAG-ISO to program the chip msp430f2013

I can program the chip successfully using the software IAR Embedded workbench and Lite FET-Pro430 Elprotronic but can’t burn the security fuse of the chip with that softwares.

Can anybody help me for the problem.

It is the JTAG-ISO hardware that is not capable of blowing the fuse.

but i have talked to the person from where i have purchased it,

he is telling that we have tested the hardware and it is ok
