This item has a noise to it and the air smells very burnt.
We purchased it in February 2026. This started happening the last week in July
And not has just stopped working.
Any advice on how to fix this issue or get replacement parts?

Was the screw used to secure the pump during shipping removed? I believe it is usually located on the bottom and should have a sticker/note saying it needs to be taken out before use
Just walked up to it and checked the underside. The screw was not taken off! Unscrewed it and tried it, it immediately stopped making that noise.
