hello,
when trying to use my rework station for the first time i noticed it seemed to be generating heat but not nearly to the desired temperature; after a minute or so of tinkering with the AIR control the heat dropped out entirely and the code S-E (or 5-E) appeared on the screen and i haven’t been able to get it to work since.
the item was packed fairly well and i was not able to identify any manner of physical damage. i did remember to remove the bottom screws for the pump per the instructions prior to first power up.
is this something we can fix/troubleshoot or does it need to be replaced?
