Sup everyone…I ordered the BlueSmirf a few weeks ago and and after a few weeks of trying to connect to it with my USB dongle I gave up and asked for helped…it turned out that my product was faulty…neeways the new BlueSmirf (remote - Basic) connects well and but my problem is that the voltage output on the rx pin is around 100mV peak to peak (which is quite low) and according to the datasheet if I am supplying it 5V it should be putting around 5V on the rx pin…Can anyone help me with this or is it that I have a faulty BlueSmirf again…Because of this problem my senior project has come to a halt - Any help?..
I also tried to amplify the signal using an op-amp but it seems that it is not able to amplify the signal in a fast enough rate…since the data received is coming quite fast…
turned out i was looking at the wrong pin…silly me…lol
