ProtoShield - Soldering paths

Hi

I’m going to solder my WiFi module at the protoshield. This module has male pin headers. Then I have to solder some wire from this module to the input female pin headers at the ProtoShield. Since there is no paths at the Protoshield, how can I connect my module and wire? Do I have to solder the wire at the male pin of the wifi module or make a path between the wire hole and wifi module hole?

I had the same question. I just found a great photo showing what needs to be done to create the path between through holes. Hope this helps.
