Question about ZX Distance and Gesture Sensor (SEN-13162)

Hi, I have problems with both reading xz distances and detecting gestures. I tried the tutorial using Adruino uno. Even if I swiped my hand, x value is about 118-124 range and z value is about 0-80 range, and no gesture is detected. Now, I’m thinking there is a problem with the sensor. Is there any way I can check if the sensor board has no problem?

Are you using the i2c example? https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/zx … zx-example If so, does UART work?

Thank you for responding. I use i2c example and uart also does not work with the PC:ZX example. Let me share my wiring.
