Qwiic pocket development board - how to measure battery

I am running ESPhome on that esp32-c6 board. As per schematics there is a point to measure battery voltage connected to GPIO1 but I always get super low values such as 1.9 V. I assume I need to multiply the value with something based upon the resistors which are build in but I have no clue how to do that. Any hints?

In the end I need to know the charge level of the battery.

The two resistors are the same value, those form a voltage divider that gives 1/2 the input voltage. Multiply by 2 to get actual battery voltage.
