Hope this is the right forum.
I recently pulled out my old Redboard SIK and wanted to try the LCD experiement.
I think I have it wired correctly, and it uploads without any issues.
However… the screen is just two solid rows that dim when the potentiometer is turned.
Not sure how to troubleshoot… any help appreciated!

Double check all your wiring, try removing it all and starting over from scratch. (code will upload regardless if the wiring is correct or not.)
Could also be a bad display, they can be damaged by static electricity.
