regarding mounting of adxl 335 accelerometer to a workpiece

Hi

I m currently using ADXL 335( 3 axis accelerometer) for measuring vibrations using DAQ. I have to measure vibrations of a workpiece . But i am strucked in mounting this accelerometer. What all hardware components are required. How to measure vibrations. Can you plz help me in this regard. In the accelerometer there are 2 holes and near the holes its written TOP. are those holes used for mounting. What is that TOP. plz help me

I lloked at the ADXL 335 products made by SFE and did not find one with anything to do with TOP. Can you please provide a link to the device in question?
