I wrote a to old Firmware on my Xbee. So I told the digi support, and they told me that I have to reset my Xbee.

The problem is that I don’t have an interface board but an USB Explorer Board and the Funnel IO.
Is it possible to reset the Xbee with the Explorer board? If yes, how?

Clip or solder a wire onto pin #5, /RESET, of the XBee and connect to ground.
hi,
when I open the X-CTU with the Xbee unplugged, I can’t see the Com Port like in the movie and when I create a User Port, I will get this mssage:
Failed to open com port
Write Parameters...Failed
When I plug the Xbee in befor I start the software with reset connectet to ground, after a few secounds the window comes, but when I disconnect the reset from ground nothing happens.
